No refund!

I arranged an automobile rental with Hotwire.com. Our ideas improved as a result of new work and child care problems. I named fourteen days prior to the collection day. I had been informed there are no discounts or modifications, and that's how they obtain reduced price. I will realize getting something charge for utilizing their website. But to maintain the whole $179.57 to get a carrental that'll not occur is robbery. What, if any option do I've. I'm thinking about arguing this "purchase" with my charge card business. Just how can they cost the entire cost to get a support THAT DOESN'T occur? They have to be breaking some regulation.
