Offered a sample of product, requested you to pay for shipping of sample once a credit card used to pay for S&H, made unauthorized debits against account. Ripoff Hermosa Beach

This company lured me in by offering a sample of their product for free, what they were upfront about was, I will be responsible for shipping cost of this sample. This is how my credit card information was made available, because it was used to pay for shipping, of sample.

I later found that this company has been making debit transactions against my account for $84.50. One transacttion was made on June 22., and another one was lodged this morning of July 15., for same amount of $84.50.

The problem is, I did not authorize these transactions against my account, and I was never notified of these transactions from this company, no invoice or billing statement, or email, notification or nothing. Which only put forth the sneak attack of my account, bringing to the light that I am being robbed by this company. No service render by this company, no product recieved, no subscription service that is rendered by email, or mail, and knowledge of my email address is known by this company.

This is a criminal as well as illegal action of this company. What legal grounds do they have to access my information and use to make illegal debits against my account without authorization, or without rendering service or product to defend this action.

The bank has furnished me with the information of a telephone number that was submitted this morning withthe transaction. The second transaction was this morning, but when I called the number given, a recording stated, "The office is closed and not available till M-F, from 7am - 4pm".
Continuing to move forward to rectify.
