Company offers free sample but get credit card information for shipping cost. Company continues to charge account for additional products not requested

Company offers free samples but needs credit card information for shipping. I made the mistake of providing them requested information. Now I have continued to be billed for additional product not requested and have not recieved any additional product.
The company web site, listed on the sample, is not valid. There is no phones numbers available and no method of contacting the company. I am not interested in recieving any of the products.
