Mailed for $15 rebate circuit city on 11/9/06 and after they kept telling me i will be getting the check soon i never got it

On 10/23/06 at circuit ciy I purchased a mad dog lightscribe drive for $65. On 11/9/06 I mailed the rebate in for $15. After like 12 weeks i stared to call the rebate telephone number and they told me i will get the check in like 15 days - then after i din t get it, I called back and they said it will be mailed marrch 26 then they said be mailed may 3 - never got it so I called again&they told me be in mail may 25 - NO did not get so i called they said be june 27. Now when i call i get just a dam marchine and says My reabte of $20 from staples has been mailed and I did get that.
Looks like Rebatehq kept my $15 i suppose to get from circuit city for the mad dog
