Xportz.com, Xportz, Xports Fraud Abuse and Evil at Xportz.com

I am filing this report because I want to tell other people about Xportz.com or Xportz where I ordered a toy item from their website for my sons for his birthday.

After several weeks had passed, It didn't arrive. I contacted the United States Postal Service and told them the tracking number that Xportz.com provided.

Xportz is obviously using the mail system to their loop hole advantage. They print out labels with delivery confirmation numbers, which will make it show up that the label was printed at the USPS website relieving Xportz or their obligation to ship the merchandise immediately or in a reasonable time.

USPS showed that the label was printed and package was ready to be shipped. But it didn't mean or in my case doesn't mean that the item was shipped.

USPS told me that although someone prints a label as Xportz.com does - It doesn't mean that the item was shipped.

If your as big of a dummy as I am and ordered anything from Xportz.com, You should request a delivery confirmation number immediately. After 2-3 days, If your item doesn't show as shipped you should start filing reports here - complaints with paypal as well as through USPS after the 14th day. You can also request that the bbb start a file on Xportz.com and file a fraud complaint with the internet fraud center.

Best advice - Just don't buy from Xportz.com!!!
