They charged me to two items, and didn't do anything. Ripoff

Recently, I sent two PS2 to getitrepaired.com. Both were to get a chip and check out for proper function. One was the older style of PS2 and the other was the newer slim. I had asked them to specifically clean up the older PS2. Mike, the business representative, looked over the older PS2, and said they would get back to me. He stated that they don't have the parts or ability to chip the older version of PS2, but he still charged me from looking at it. It was returned in the same condition it was sent.

The second PS2 (slim) was chipped and returned to me. I tried the PS2, and it didn't work at all. I sent the unit back expecting them to fixed PS2. Mike called me and stated that they unit was totally busted up and completely worthless. I asked for the return of my PS2. He said that it would have to be my expense.

I paid for the unit to be returned to me. I looked over the PS2, and it is in the same shape that it was sent. They charged me 120.00 for my broken PS2. I called mike and tried to discuss my PS2 as adults. He wouldn't let me talk and barraded me with statements why i was incorrect and how i wouldn't let him speak. I let him continue telling me why i was incorrect.

At the end of his rant, I tried to state my disatisfaction. He then hung up. I tried to call back, but he continued to hang up on me. I was charged repeatedly for nothing. Since then, he has changed his address. I suspect something sneaky is going on.
