Charged item to credit card, product never received, no reply to e-mails

I ordred a simple PS2 memory card for $1.99. The cost to ship via the US Post Office was another $3.99 for a total of $5.98.

I received an e-mail receipt from support@innovativegateway.com notifying me that my card had been charged. I never received the product.

Repeated attempts to contact Baysoft Games, Inc. Via e-mail and phone (recording states phone number is disconnected) were unsuccessful.

Although, I am not rich, the $6 is not the issue - the fact that this company apparently is taking advantage of people by stealing their money is the issue.

Do not order anything from this company!!
