Company failed to make good on 30 day trial offer Ripoff

Internet & Web

On June 3; I purchased a 3-month subscription for an autoresponder for my new website for $53.00 some odd cents. With the subscription came a 30 day free trial, with a money back guarantee.initially, things started out just peachy. Then I ran into some problems with their jаvascript signup form. After repeated attempts to rectify the situation, and corresponding with technical support people who wouldn't listen, I asked for a refund on June 27th, 6 days before the trial expired. Finally, after hearing no response from them, I again contacted them on the issue. They said they couldn't find my correspondence, and told me they wouldn't give me my money back. They were arrogant, & rude; and nonresponsive to the support requests which precipitated the request for a refund. This company hails itself as the "pre-eminent" of autoresponders, and brags about their excellent technical support.
It is non-existent. Once you pay your money, you are on your own. The following I copied and pasted from their e-mail; it is their response:

Your account has been opened for longer than 30 days therefore we are unable to issue you a refund, we can keep the account open till the end of the billing term. Please reply back and let us know if you would like us to do so
