Riddle Productions - Daily Rage
They have not paid winners since november

This internet company does a daily game, and at time does a weekly game. I am writing about the Beta version of the daily game. When you are the daily winner, you are required to send in notorized verification papers within 7 days (postmarked) of receiving them from Riddle Productions. According the rules, you will receive your winnings ($1000.00) no later than 60 days after they receive your verification papers.

I personally won on November 16 and November 21. My papers were notorized and sent back via certified mail with a return signature. They received my papers on November 27 and November 30.By their rules, I should have received my check by January 26 and January 29.

It is now July 7 and as of this date, I still have no received my winnings.

I spoke with Ely, Garth and Susie at Riddle Productions regarding this and they constantly have assured me that I will be paid. I sent an email to their attorney, David Stern regarding this and was informed that he quit the day before. Garth has also quit Daily Rage. This concerns me greatly.

In June, I received the following letter from Daily Rage after many, many emails sent to them asking why I have not received my winnings.

Dear Beth,

Thank you for your correspondence regarding your prize money. We appreciate your time and we value each and every one of our players.

We apologize for the delay in disseminating prizing, and we want you to rest assured that you WILL be receiving your money, although it has unfortunately taken longer than initially expected.

We do understand your frustration and we want to reassure each of you that we will be issuing checks over the coming weeks. We are currently upgrading the site based upon player feedback (thanks to all of you!) and feel that our audience will be an even bigger part of Daily Rage! You have provided us with invaluable comments on our game play and once our current prize cycle is in order, there will be many more prizes available and an awesome new redemption system.

Please bear with us while we continue to push through your prize checks in the order in which we conduct verification. Riddle Productions has awarded over $175,000 in prize money, and we will continue to compensate each winner accordingly.

In addition, Daily Rage will be undergoing some dramatic changes and improvements. We be bringing you more variety of games, prizes and a currency system that will function with each of the new games. It looks fantastic, so stay tuned and we'll be in touch very soon!

As of today, I can no longer get any responses from the numerous emails that I have sent since the letter. I have also called over and over but no human answers the phone. My calls are routed to a mailbox.

I have come to the conclusion that no human being works there any more.
