Soprovideo, S.O. Prodcution, Pay Pal Acct, DWOW Dangerous Women Of Wrestling I ordered 32 DVD's from DWOW & have not received any or any offer of a refund., Internet

I ordered 32 DVD's from Dangerous Women of Wrestling Website starting December 23 through December 31. Their website had a big promotion saying they were going out of business, so they were reducing prices on remaining stock. There was supposed to be free shipping on all videos purchased. The site did not work properly with the free shipping so I made separated orders so the free shipping would work, except on 2 orders which was made direct through Pay Pal with an email with titles of DVD's ordered.

The email address soprovideo was contacted by me at least 3 times inquiring about my videos... One response was I will check into it & mail what I have in stock... Another response I will check into it. The last email I got no response, so finally I called the 1-267-760-3497 (which has a voice which answers "Hotline") like a wrestling show or promoter would have. I left messages twice but no answer either time. The only name I ever got was on an email which was Steve... Think must be the store on-line operator. I filed
Disputes on Pay Pal but was way too late for them to help. I can't believe that I am the only one that was Ripped Off!
