Scam website credit card charged-no product recieved Mount Gilead, North Carolina

I ordered a personalized license plate frame from a website "licenseplateframe.com" aka "traffictalk.com". I received an email with an order number saying I would receive an email when it was shipped.

After 2 weeks I have not had any replies to emails, and there is no answer at the phone number they gave. The address listed is a P.O. Box.

I called my credit card company and filed a dispute.
