Ripoff dishonest deceitfull liers states a trial period when not true

Spoke to a sales rep named Greg who assured me a risk free trial period to try out his ink cartridges. No obligation! If our company decides not to purchase his product we just send it back at no cost to us. After trying the product, the quality was poor and we decided not to purchase. Greg stated if we didnt pay for the trial product he would send us to a collection agency! He stated there was no trial period and we had to pay for the ink cartridge. I told him I investigated the company and he knew I knew of him ripping other companys off. After that he stated he would send a shipping label to send back the cartridge for free and he would credit our account. A horrable experience!
