Ripoff 4 posters for $2/each PLUS $31 SHIPPING? I dont think so!

The website said that you get 4 posters for $2/ each, plus a SMALL shipping and handling fee. Then they are supposed to report to whoever they advertised with that you completed their membership. Not only did they never report, but they automatically charged my account $39- NOT A SMALL S&H fee, and never sent the posters. When I called and threatened to sue, they offered to refund the $39 to the account, but they said over the phone that the amount of the shipping cost was in the Terms and Conditions. I was checking online when I was on the phone with them and they DO NOT have the amount in the terms and conditions. That was when they offered to refund the amount of purchase and have us keep the posters (that we have not recieved yet) and we have yet to recieve a refund amount.
