NETZERO Ripoff Fraud

Netzero is promoting a special of money back guranteed if you cancel the membership within thirty days. I did in fact do this but they have refused to refund my money because they state that I use the ISP too much for a refund. Those stipulations were not mentioned in the intial agreement when they have have you to upgrade to other sevices or anything else.

I would appreciate a refund. Otherwise I will continue to notify such websites as Ripp Off and TopTenReview and Planet Ripp Off and any other companies I can notify through Fax, Phone and Internet.
