Ripoff Dishonest products do not work brick in a box company

Ordered a computer card that did not work, after two weeks or more trying to contact them they sent me a long list of reasons why there product does not work, and they will convence you that one of the reasons the product does not work is you need a different computer card (makes no defference if you have a new power-house computer or a economy one) to make the card they sent you work. You will never see your money and all you will end up with is a use-less product and a long list of excuses. Beware they go by more than one sound alike names.
