Well this company is not to be trusted at all! I started out with this company feb of when i made my first payment.

I did all of my consective payments like i was asked i may had been late one time, but cleared that up in one business day no more problems after that.

So everything was on the right track again. To make a long story short they where payed off in march of this year. The only thing they can tell me is there is some kind of shipping delay, first of all do you know how many delays i have gotten i have lost count.

I think this is a way of just stalling the customer until they can come up with another lie. I have received money off my purchase i have even received a free allin one printer for the inconveince i dont want anything else but what the hell i have payed for, thats no more than right.

The last time i had contact was on 5-29-07 i spoke with a representaive by the name of t. J by the way she was no help at all. So then i asked for a manager i guess she was management i dont even no because you never no who they may put on the phone. Her name was trella operator #220 she sayed she could not give a last name.

This lady was as rude as they get because i had my auntie on the phone to help me out with these peolpe just in case they may report something was said that may had been a lie.in other words i had backup for my safety.

She began to tell me (trella #220) that it would be another 120 days befor i get anything. This is a ripoff period. I thought i was the only one until i read other reports from 9 diffrent peolpe in other states.

I did retrieve the name of the president for this company his name is george christian i was also given a wrong email to make contact with him. Didnt mean to go on and on but im just very upset they need to be delt with asap!!!

I have ran out of patience with these people not to mention the day i called it was 2:20pm until 2:50 this is every time you call 30 to 40 min wait before you speak to anyone.

All i want is my merchandise or some justice this is not right at all i work hard for my money just like anyone else.

Please please some one help me, not to leave out all my merchandise is paid for in full $58.98 every two wks was taken out of my checking account started feb ended march over a year still no anything not even a call or a email. Please help me i have been taken for a ride and i want off now.
