Ripoff misrepresentation of products & told would get refund & never did

Internet & Web

Be carefull of this company people! They mis-represent products that they sell. I purchased what was supposed to be "250 Original Animation Drawings" $763.91 * Auction Id: 1150284 *Transaction #815539 back in March & when I received them... It turned out to be 250 Xerox Copies! I filed a claim for my refund... Within 48 hrs. Of delivery as stated in their policy. I was told I would be getting my "FULL REFUND" & I never did!

After numorious emails (that they never answered) & many phone calls to them (they would never return my calls) I turned them in to the "Better Business Bureau" (case # D636-E18%) & here is what the letter said that the "BBB" sent me on May 8 & I quote..."We have written to the firm referenced above on two occasions. Since we have not received a reply to our request for response, a final letter will be sent to the company today. If you do not hear back from us, it means that our attempts at conciliation have been exhausted and you may wish to contact an attorney or your local or state office of consumer affairs to pursue the matter further."
After doing more checking on this company I have found other people with similar problems. Be carfull of what you invest in folks!
