This company CBT direct had a radio ad that stated they offered FREE online certification programs in Medical Billing/Coding.

I unfortunetly didn't find out till after I enrolled that they are a rip off and takes you for your money.

I would not want my worst enemy to go thru what I'm going thru with this company. They act all friendly untill you tell them you want to cancel then they tell you that you can't cancel. NOt to mention that I wasn't even aware that clicking I accept on there warrenty page ment that I was now enrolled and no way out of this program. They claim that if you fail the certification test with in so many days that you get a refund. I have yet found anyone who had gotten a refund from this company. I want to find someone who actually acheived a certification for anything.

I have also filed complaints with Attorney General of Michigan and all of the news stations waiting on responses.

Also I applied to there GE Care Credit Card and there no help either in cancelling they told me that I would have to have written dispute information from CBT well good luck with that I left a message for the VP of operations Kim Cardinal and have yet heard a response.

Best thing to do is never ever ever give any information not personal or anything. They take it and run you over with that information you give them.

Please if anyone has any information on this horrible company and or it's GE Care Credit company please let me know.

Always look on the BBB of that state there out of and now that I know about this website rip off reports always check here before enrolling or giving any information out.
