Checked my bank account this morning. I had a check number 00001 that I did not recognize, they withdrew 110.00 out of my account

Checked my bank account this morning. I had a check number 00001 that I did not recognize, they withdrew 110.00 out of my account. I called my bank and they are checking into the company but I have to send them a statement saying that i never authorized this account. I don't know how this company got my information. I am always careful about how I pay my bills on line.
