Recurrent charges to bank account from an invalid website/business Ripoff internet

Wanted to stay on top of my credit files.
Can never get to the website to view info. Website does not exist at this time.
Keep getting charged $12.00/Month and cannot get a hold of any phone number/person to dispute it.
What gives here?
