Ripoff where did my money go i recieved no benifits!

I was requested to spend $1.00 and was robbed of $1.00 plus another $46.88 for what? I believe that i should receive services for the added expence for services not rendered! My ordeal is probably not the only rip-off partaken on non expecting customers especialy since they hit my card up on a friday when there is a 72 hour cut-off. Thank you for the reach around from me and my bank account. I am unemployed and lost my cable due to their disrespect for potential customers such as i!
