Hathway internet service - aka cheating!

I acquired a Hathway broadband link nearly per month back and my link is up quite seldom. What caused me to create this criticism listed here is that, when I create this mail, it's likely to be 72 hours since my web connection is along and I've created nothing significantly less than 20 calls for their alleged "Customer Service".

Whenever they pacify me with such things as "delivering somebody", "consider it" and so forth. Curiously, you can findnot any accountable or honest people employed in this department. I'm robbed after spending the cash for this prepaid bill and obtaining nothing in exchange. Completely undependable service. Even if I named the elderly technicians in Hathway, they offered me exactly the same tales just like a registered communication.
