They somehow got my credit card number and billed me and I've never heard of this company, their theives. Ripoff

Today I was checking some of my monthly bills when I noticed that this company-Pacific Webworks Inc.in Salt Lake City, Utah had billed my American Express card $7.95. I was shocked.

Since I've never heard of this company and have no idea who they are or what they even sell, I decided to call them and ask them about this charge. Then all hell broke loss. After 6 attempts at emailing this company and receiving no responses, I faxed them a copy of the bill and questioned the charge. After 3 faxes and again, no responses, I called them.

I called this company 5 times before the switchboard finally let me talk to a human. Talk about RUDE. From the very start they started fighting with me on the phone. "We just don't pick names out of a hat and bill them, you must have ordered something" was their response. When I asked them to produce some kind of proof that I ordered something from them-first their response was that the proof is the fact that they billed me in the 1st place. Then it went to "We don't have to prove anything to you-YOU prove you didn't order something"

When I saw that I was getting nowhere with this salesperson, I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was then told that their "Supervisor don't have time to sit on the phone and talk about this kind of BULLSHIT-Pay the DAMNED bill and SHUT_UP!" Then they hung up on me. I tried several additional times to recall them, but I guess they saw my phone number come up on their machine and they won't even answer the phone.

I am now having to file a claim/complaint to American Express Card about this situation. DO NOT DEAL with this company! I don't even know how they got my credit card number, so WATCH OUT!
