Didn't hold up there obligations to there products

Once i had purchased a notebook from this product from this company bluehippo funding, they had agreed to have a three year warranty that covered (all) parts and labor. And that there was a three year technical support. This company did not agree to there services at all. As they had funded on there agreement. They were misleading everyone. The notebook that i received was no longer avaliable. I was already having problems after two weeks that i had received it.

So i had called gateway after three weeks when i had received the computer and told them about the problem I was having. And told them that there was a over heating problem on this. Because the screen would go black and that the computer would shut down. And, explained to them of what was happening. So i shipped the computer to them. I had requested that i wanted a brand new computer since i was having problems with this one.

They "refused" to send me a new one. That there was a defect of loading have this computer to be serviced and told them that i was having a over heating problem on the computer, And that when it got hot that it would shut down, they asked me to send it back so i did.

Once they had gotten the computer after a weeks time. I had called them four times after that and asked what the problem was, it was 3 weeks and then when they shipped it to me. They told me that the motherboard was gone. And that it would cost me over $700.00 to have it repaired. I told them that this was a bunch of crap. They said that the warranty was gone three weeks after i gotten the computer back. So they sent the computer back to me with out a repairs, nand didn't even look or touched it.

So after, I had called the company and asked them about the repair and they said that there was nothing that they could do. I had gotten the computer. Not even fixed, shipped it to me like i send it to them. I had opened it up and then the next thing that i had noticed was that the frame of the computer to hold it together was sqeaking, and a months time when i tried to open it up again the computer breaks on the left hand side. And now i have no computer to work with.

So i had spent over $2748.48 on a notebook computer and only had it for over a year and a half. This company was making money and charging a lot of people the over amount of money that they were making off people. I had to request for a new computer to replace this one and i never did get it.
