Neil durrant bountyzoo.com no cash back, no telephone, no address, no email, no response! Class action, anyone?

Never received any cashback from Bountyzoo.com. Made a large purchase for which I was due about $100 cash back and never received a penny. Additional cash back was due in small amounts, never received this either.

After countless "tickets" were filed and ignored. (the site promises a response within 48 hours! It has been nearly 3 months without a response to my ticket and 4 months since my purchase!) No response to numerous followup tickets either.

I was able to get an email address for a representative of the company (NEIL DURRANT) from evrewards.com, a site which provides a link to Bountyzoo.com). My email went through alright, but as you can guess, I received NO RESPONSE. His email is neil@bountyzoo.com or neil@greasypalm.co.uk. I was surprised to find that evreward.com had no phone contact for him either.

The only means of contact are these trouble tickets which never get answered. They post NO ADDRESS, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER, so it makes it easy for them just to ignore you. Furtherore, with the U.K. As a home base (or at least it appears to be), it would seem easier to defraud U.S. Users.

I have read various reviews on other sites such as comparerewards.com, etc. Suggesting that they are pocketing these promised rewards on a LARGE SCALE.

I am tired of fraudsters (alleged, of course) and am looking for ways to do something about it. Small claims lawsuit? Perhaps a Class Action? My guess is that a class action would be very appropriate in this case.

I have used Ebates.com in the past, which is an entirely reliable cash back site. I will go back to using them exclusively until the internet is purged of sites that prey on users.
