Yesbuy. Regret The company who think customers are blank CD's, because they will burn you Ripoff

I was looking for a good deal on lightscribe CD. I found a company called yesbuy they had a great deal. I placed an order to obtain this great deal (price). I got a deal ok, a raw deal. Their site states your card will not be charged till they ship out your item. That's not true I was charged the day I placed the order. The order wasn't shipped until the employee staff used my money for lunch (3 days later). Ground shipping time frame is 5- 7 business days; well I received my package 11 days later. I contacted the company in regards of receiving some kind of adjustment with the charges. They made no apologies. I wanted to know why my card was charged the full price (not your standard $1 charge hold) before they shipped my item. I was told that is a web site error. The no charge till shipment still remains on their website. This company advertises cheaper prices, but you end up paying more when all is done. I should have just ordered from the supermedia store or some other big company. Please stay away from yesbuy.net. They will burn you like data on a blank CD.
