Billed Me for a Product I Never Received Ripoff

This outfit claims that it sent me materials for a trial basis. The company then billed me for $69.47 14 days after I placed the order. However, no materials arrived at my home, and when I requested a refund, the representative refused, claiming that the 14 day trial period had expired. Moreover, when I confronted him with the fact that no materials were ever sent, he gave me a shipment tracking number that was bogus—there was no record of that number with the USPS.

I may have lost my $70, but I will state this for the record: The grantmentor is a rip-off scam, and I will report them PROMPTLY to the federal authorities.
