Can't get them to give me the money I've won ripoff Newton Massachusetts

I've contacted them several times over the past 6 months on both the phone and in writing. They keep coming up with excuse after excuse why they haven't sent the money in my account. My wife and I both have accounts there and we have different mailing addresses. It's amazing how the same excuse, "we had the wrong address" or, "Opps, we overlooked your request" keep coming up for both of us. Does ANYONE know how to get their funds out of this organization?
