Ripoff Refusal to return calls Resused to take agreed on action

On Mar 3 received an email from aci that I would receive papers to close my account within 10 to 14 business days. If I would agree to pay $75 (a bribe?) it would be done faster.in the meantime I would be charged at the regular rate.

After a month plus an additional week, have received no further communication. Placed a telephone call over a week ago to this firm. Was told that J Smith would return my call. Did not happen.
