Ripoff Sold me a service it doesn't supply but refuses a refun

This company provides no services outside of the USA, yet it seeks to trade - recruit suckers like me - from outside the USA.

In my case, I seem to have fallen to the same trick as others in the US. They've taken a joining fee - twice! - on the same day, then taken the monthly fee - twice within the one month!

Am presently waiting for my bank to ensure this money is refunded. Emails from the company refer to their billing terms and the fact they will not refund me, even though they do not trade in the UK and their so-called services are not available in the UK.
