TWX Magazines they stole money out of my bank account on 3 different times

On Jan. 15th 2007 i found a charge for $48 on my bank statement I did some research into the charge and found out that after I paid $2 for 6 magazines I was charged $48 for 2 magazines that I did not order. I thought it was done in error (thats what I was told by the customer service rep) My money was returned with appologies and was told this would never happen again. Well that was not the truth. On April 5th I found a charge for $114 from the same company. Needless to say I was outraged seeing as i would never buy magazines again the way I did in Jan. So now I know they just went in with the same credit card I used back then and made a fraudulant charge (hoping I didnt catch it) again I called this time I could not reach a human customer service Rep. So I logged on to usacomplaints.com and found out that you have to trick the automated service by making any sound other then "yes" or "no". Basically you have to make it think you cant speak so they have to put a human on the phone. As soon as I called they said they didn't see a charge in that ammount I got really upset and requested the manager... Supprisingly They found the charge after I threatened them that I was calling the fraud dept. Of my bank, the FBI and the 5 news channels in my area (which I did after I got off the phone.
They assured me the monies will be returned and I will never be charged again... Ha... On the 7th of April I was charged another $2 for more magazines that I once again I did not order... I want to warn people that don't keep close tabs on their accounts or have too much money in them top notice such small withdrawls (withdrawls of $114 from 100 different accounts adds up to a big ammount) so people who let these charges go without a fight are not losing alot but are giving them money they do not deserve... THIS IS THEIVERY and should be stopped as soon as possible
