Rip off rebate not sent, I have never had good service from Onrebate

Hello, My rebate was accepted on 1/2 10:59: 49 AM.
OnRebate status shows it has not been sent and I have not received it yet.

I chose a Tiger direct rebate card and it was supposed to be mailed 3 to 5 business days after it was accepted.

This is the second time I have had trouble with Onrebate, I did finaly get my first rebate after I contacted them, But they have not responded at all this time.
