Sold me a broken guitar amplifier on Ebay billed as being in "Very Good Condition, " and refuses to offer any replacement or compensation. Uses a small-print "as-is" gimmick on adverts to evade responsibility. But the fact is the item description BEGINS: "PEAVEY AUDITION 110 AMPLIFIER"
This item is in very good condition.
"Very good condition" appeared in bright red lettering, too.
