Is fraudulenting charging my bank acct monthly since 10/06 California

Since October of SCI*STAMPS.com has been fraudulenting charging my bank account. When you go to the site to inform them that this is a fraudulent charge you find no way of contacting them. No contact web address, no phone number.
How am I suppose to contact them to get a refund and the charges stopped. Most recent one was last week... 3/1/07!
