Fraudulent charges to my account after I demand a refund! Same guy always answers and says he cant find my account info

I tried the 2dayweightloss trial to win a PS3 from netfreecity.com. I didnt like it but forgot to send it back. I was then sent two more packages and sent them both back, demanding a refund. None showed, so I called and a foreign guy answered and said he couldnt find my account info. He reffered me to his boss, who never seemed to be there... I called again a couple months later and the SAME guy picked up and told me the SAME thing! I called my bank and they told me that since I authorized it to begin with, they are not liable. When I complained further, she told me that when I signed the origional agreement, it said that they would not be liable for future charges (whether authorized or not) if I gave them the account info. So now it seems all thats left for me is to get the medias attention and sue. Is anyone already working on this that would like me to join them?
