ZI long into the offer and followed the steps. They day 1,2, 3 and you're done. That is not so there are many many more confusing steps. They hope you never figure it out and don't redeem the prize, but by this time you have already submitted your credit card for an offer. RIP OFF! Customer Service only repreats the small print items. Will not offer the gift. They say sorry you are too late. Way down i the small print it said you had a certain amount of time to respond with a coupon to mail.
