FlashMemoryStore.com
Sent customer what "FlashMemoryStore.com" wants. Not what customer ordered

FlashMemoryStore.com is a "Bait & Switch" company. I ordered the Kingston 2GB SD card but I received the Q Memory brand without notice. I emailed them to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Here is what Alex Koval said:

So I went on FlashMemoryStore.com site and they still have the same Kingston cards on sale and the same "Ready to ship". This is a week later after they say they backorder the Kingston cards
So I asked who is paying for the postage to return the merchandise I did not order. The answer was "the customer".
They asked me to ship UPS or FedEx which costs about $10.

So I emailed to them to complain. No answer. Called the store and got a phone answering machine every single time. Left a message and no one called back.

I found out later at the Yahoo site that many customers had the exactly same experience with FlashMemoryStore.com. Order Kingston... Got QMemory without notice. Have to pay $10 and fill out 2 pages RMA to return the SD Card.

There were no customer reviews that I could accessed before I filled out a rating for FlashMemoryStore.com which is after I purchased the merchandise. Yahoo needs to do a better job and let the world see the customer reviews before they purchase from FlashMemoryStore.com. If the world could see the reviews, no one will be ordering anything from these guys.

Yahoo... If you don't block this site, you are in on the take because you are getting part of the money from FlashMemoryStore.com for linking these guys when people search for sd card on your site.
