Overseas Call Center and Repeated DSL and Long Distance Order Errors

AT&T has the worst customer no service I have seen in my life.

All calls are directed overseas, and most of the people do not speak English well enough to communicate. In the past year I ordered long distance service and also DSL. I have had to call repeated times to get the order done correctly. Their DSL service is down more than it is up.

I have the date circled for when the 1 year DSL contract is up and I will NOT be signing up for another round with these incompetent corrupt SOBs.

Do not have any dealings with this lousy company.
