False advertising. Different name, same bad pratice

Did buainess with this company years ago who went under a different but similar name and second time been burned by them. Different name, same bad pratice. First time ordered flowers from them selected the date they were to be delievered and where. They nevergot delievered and when I called up they stated just because I selected a date doesnt mean it guaranteed it will be delievered that day and offered me 10%. Since my now ex gf never got them in the first place my bank offered me a better discount which was 100% =)

Now for the recent one years lator. Figured maybe after 5 years theyd be better. NOT! Placed two orders over the web via the address on their advertisement under Pepsi lable which was suppose to offer $5.00 off. Had two codes and placed two different orders and used the section that pertianed to their advertisement. Put the code in, processed the order, and voola, got charged full price and never recieved the $5.00 off either order. Number on the site doesnt go to anyone humane, but a 15 minute wait to a recordeing no one can take a call and hangs up. My bank gave me a number who I called and got a person who said to me "Yes we see the code, but it wasnt applied to your order becasue those items dont get the $5.00 discount." They were the items advertised through their advertising, so called my bank again who is processing the $10 overcharge and I wont be doing business with them again.

Oh yes. Almost forgot, what was delievered was half dead too. Best bet, go to local florest for better quality, andpricing too!
