Ripoff Never received magazines after payment was made

Ordered a subscription to Guitar One Magazine last September. My credit card was charged and the magazine subscription was never received.

I have sent 5 emails to Cathy Barker (Vice President) and have not received a response. I only get automated responses that say my message was received.

I have asked for a refund and still no response.

Buyer beware of this company.
