Product failure

Many years back we put up with 'Direcway', that will be today 'Hughes.net' plus they sent an area organization to set up the outside equipment (and internal equipment that will be good), the meal and components... And... Recently it dropped in the very base of the post!!! This really is galvanized steel however they mounted it incorrectly by NOT applying concrete in the foundation! Today after I named to obtain this changed they explained it'd be-at my cost! What type of a surgical procedure is that this they don't remain behind the subcontractors they send who do poor function?

Obviously... So what can we do about that?
