They took $1500 and I had a contract for them to create and host a business website, then they "went out of business"

These guys called and sent me a contract promising to set up a business website using my existing website, they charged me $1500 for the setup and before the site was even ready to go live online, someone called me to do the same thing, and they said that White Crane had gone out of business. This is a fraud and I don't think they ever intended to host my website. I am glad I hadn't pointed my URL over to their servers with ICAAN or my site would have gone down with them.
