Dishonoring onsite warranty, owner a crook, shabby product that the download does not work Ripoff City

I ordered the program download online and it never fully downloaded, it was loaded with errors. I immediately sent email to the customer service email and did not hear back from them for almost two weeks.in this time, I sent them email the next day and told them to cancel my account and refund my money. After at least 10 emails demanding money, no refund has ever been issued. I got email of them telling me that i can re download. Never trust this program or the owner Mike Ling as he is a crook and does not honor his own website.
