Rebate ripoff fraudulent rebates no customer service

Filed for rebate on product bought from tiger direct in August. Rebate was approved for payment on 9/15. Rebate stated 8 - 12 weeks for payment.

As of 2/15 16 weeks later still no payment, called customer support a number of times and have gotten a different story each time i called in. The last story was it might be another month before payment " I can't tell you when because we don't know "

I will never by from tigerdirect or anything with a onrebate again. To much of a hassle
