Bogus Ripoff website NO WATCHES EXIST RUSSIAN FELON Moscow

I ordered a rolex watch from this site. I wired money to him and he took it. He never sent the watch and he has ripped me off for over $5000. I have filed a report with the police but they can't touch him because he is RUSSIAN.

He uses various names, Marc Vial and David Pilcher. His real name is Andrey Sokolov. He is a Russian National that runs the website; ROLEXCENTER.net It is hosted by a Russian webhost so there is no shutting him down.

This is a complete scam. It only exists to steal money from hard working Americans. He deals with an account at Bank of America. The bank has been told that he is a criminal but they continue to aid and abett him in his criminal pursuits.
