Contacted me personally after I bid on e-bay item, tries to scam me but I read prior report on usacomplaints.com.Com and cancelled my card immeadiately

I began bidding on various David Yurman bracelets on e-bay when I found a bid time that was about to expire and entered a bid because the bid price was very low for the advertised item. I checked on it the next morning and the person dissapeared from e-bay all together, but I never received an update on my bid which is customary for e-bay.

I got an e-mail a week later and she offered the product to me at a low cost $165.00 and that included shipping. I asked several questions and asked her to forward the pictures. She said that she pulled her stuff off of e-bay because of a fee dispute and that she needed to pay bills.

2 weeks went by and she started her retoric again, this time calling my work phone with a baby in the background sounding very sincere... I decided to investigate the name on the internet and a prior report was placed under the same name from the same location. Unfortunately I had already given her my visa info; but i was lucky! Upon reading your report I called and cancelled the card immediately. She contacted me at 1:41 in the morning, by e-mail, letting me know my card was declined for some reason. I forwarded her the report via e-mail and told her that I was not interested in her merchandise.
