Bad broadband service

I have experienced Hughes Satellite Broadband since August. I thought I'd have quicker connections and packages. Not too. The text rate is horrible. I wait and delay, often my demand is timed out. Have I called tech-support? Yes, often, also it often enhances to get a touch. Nonetheless they usually statement promptly.
