Online rip off. Bait and switch, say they are legal to do this, decietful

I ordered from them and they sent me over the counter drugs. I called them and they said it was perfectly legal for them to do that. They said they sent a e-mail informing me of the switch when infact they did not. I called thme 2 times and they said they are in thier legal rights. I called and they did not contact my physican and there is no record for it! I called my credit card compnay and they are filing fraud against them. I called the local new station and they told me they can not do this. Don't deal with them. Rip off rip off big time. I'm fighting this to the bitter end.
