Fraudulent billing Ripoff

I tried to cancel my People PC account after my computer crashed it took three days and being on hold for over 30 minutes before I got through to a representative. They tried every tactic in the book to get me to keep People PC. I wanted to scream and say are you stupid I don't need three free months I computer died!!! Any way they canceled me so I thought. I was billed for the month of December for $10.95 the funds were not there because I thought it was canceled so I received $27.00 dollar bank fee. I called customer service and they said they would not reverse the charges. When I ask for a manager and the corporate office they said not available and refused to give me the corporate office.
