Never Sent Merchandise, Lied About Trying To Reach Me, NO REFUND

Had Not Recieved Anything By Late Nov. Tried to contact. Email was returned undeliverable and 800 number didn't work.

Searched cctaylor site & found new email address. Sent email saying I wanted my stuff. He called. Said he had tried to reach me (a lie) and we agreed to cancel order.
He fixed his 800 number but you can't leave a message. He does not answer phone.

Waited one billing cycle. No Refund. Have sent lots of emails and have continually called 800 number. Got Nothing.
